A London-based portfolio, for Crimson Foster, specialising in portrait, music, and editorial photography for artists, creatives, and brands. Combining a documentary approach with cinematic, stylised lighting, the work delivers bold, high-impact imagery designed for press, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Influenced by photographers such as Ewan Spencer and Petra Collins, as well as Stanley Kubrick's cinematic language, the visual style blends raw documentary energy with dreamlike, film-inspired imagery, soft, practical lighting, saturated colour, lens flare, and a strong sense of atmosphere. References to classic album artwork, including The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, inform a nostalgic yet contemporary finish.
Recent work explores the intersection of performance, identity, and visual mythology, drawing on the theatricality of Catholic imagery and recontextualising it through a queer lens. This approach creates striking, symbolic imagery that feels both intimate and larger-than-life, offering artists a distinctive visual identity that resonates across modern music culture.
