The vibe was this sorta sea-goth, dreamlike aesthetic, inspired by films such as Eyes Wide Shut. I wanted the shoot to carry the same half-awake dream logic as Eyes Wide Shut, with familiar spaces rendered strange, desire held in suspension, and characters who are present but emotionally unreachable. The pier, arcade, and photo booth stop functioning as lively public environments and begin functioning like internal landscapes. They feel like places you’re moving through alone, even when others should be present.

It’s more about atmosphere than narrative.
